As a part of the Moores School of Music at the University of Houston, AURA Contemporary Ensemble prepares musicians for careers in contemporary musical performance by presenting programs which represent the latest styles and trends in classical music. They create innovative concert experiences, frequently collaborating with artists from other disciplines and utilizing theatrical lighting, projections, and video in their performances.
